Purple (& gold, go Lakers!) They are also making their way into the fashion world. The most stunning trumpet wedding gown in recent memory is paired with lavender bridesmaid dresses of various styles. You won’t be shocked to learn that the pretty piece, which is strapless, luxurious, and architectural, is none other than Vera Wang.
Our Love Story
He proposed to me at our annual Christmas party and gift exchange. While taking group pictures, he got everyone’s interest and told them he had “a gift” for me. After nervously unwrapping the gift box, I discovered another ring box inside. Then he took the box away from me, got on his knees, showed me the diamond in the box, and asked me for my hand. I was in tears.
Wedding Style
Our favorite basketball team, the LA LAKERS, and their purple and gold colors inspired us.
The ceremony was held in a canyon surrounded by giant trees, wildlife, and nature. One of our closest friends, who has seen our relationship develop from the start, officiated our wedding. The theme of our wedding was whimsical and romantic with a modern boho touch.
Flowers & Planning
Three Petals Design Our amazing floral team was “Cat Chu.” Cat Chu was chosen to design our wedding. She listened to us, sat with us, and sketched our entire wedding layout. Three Petals brought our wedding to life.
I met Ilana at The perfect event by pure chance. We knew from our first meeting that she was the “one.” Her enthusiasm and high energy for us and our wedding were food for the soul. She never let us down and kept us on track throughout the planning process. Ilana and her team made our wedding day seamless!
Favorite moments
Our grand entrance was our favorite moment. Our high energy level was needed because we are festival and concert fans. Our entrance song was “Kungs- This Girl”. As we entered the venue, everyone got up to dance with us. When you realized your family and friends surrounded you, it was magical. It was incredible.
The Photographer
We chose Full Spectrum for our wedding photography because we love David and Christina’s dynamic. Christina makes excellent albums that complement David’s beautiful memories. They were a pleasure to work alongside during our wedding and engagement photos.
The Music
We asked Dj Wrex & Mitchell to bring “high energy,” which they delivered. Mitchell’s enthusiasm & tenacity get the crowd pumped. Wrex is a master of beats and mixes. Both have incredible control over the group. Our wedding is still being praised in text messages. Rex and Mitch are excellent, but on our wedding day, they exceeded our expectations!
Couples Advice
Do not let small things bother you. It’s normal to argue during the wedding planning process. Remember that it was LOVE that made you decide to get married. Relax and enjoy the day. Take a deep breath and make memories with your family, especially your spouse. This is the most memorable moment you will ever have.
