Prawn fry recipe – a delicious seafood recipe.

Five hundred grams of prawn/shrimp washed and deveined.
salt according to your taste
1 cup red chili powder
One teaspoon of turmeric powder
One tablespoon coriander seeds roasted powder
One teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
Two tablespoons of oil
Seven curry leaves
1 cup coriander leaves to be used for garnishing
Cook Mode Make sure your screen isn’t going into darkness.
After cleaning and deveining the prawns, rinse them with clean water. Drain the excess water.
A bowl is the best place to mix the prawns, then add salt according to your preference.
Mix in ginger garlic and paste it.
Incorporate red chili powder as well as turmeric powder.
Add coriander seeds that have been roasted to the powder.
Mix everything well to ensure that the prawns coat thoroughly with masala.
Then, place the mix in the refrigerator, and let it marinate for between 5 and 10 minutes.
Use a wok for frying, add oil, and then bring it to a boil.
Add the prawns to the hot oil.
Mix the ingredients well using the oil, then stir it gently.
Incorporate fresh curry leaves in the prawns that are cooking.
Make a nice mix.
Cook the prawns for 10 to 15 minutes, then stir them in between.
Prawns fry is ready…
Sprinkle the juice of a lemon over it(optional).
Serve your salad with coriander leaves.
It is prepared to be served with dal rice or be eaten as a meal on its own
